Chelsea are considering selling Conor Gallagher and Reece James to comply with Financial Fair Play rules aiming to avoid breaching Premier League regulations on allowable losses. The club, under new ownership since 2022 has spent significantly on transfers and needs to generate over £100 million in revenue.

Reece James valued at £60 million has been limited by injuries this season while Conor Gallagher contract expires in 2025 posing a risk of losing him for free. West Ham, Tottenham and Crystal Palace have shown interest in Gallagher.
