Waterlogged Pitch Forces Postponement of Arsenal Women’s League Cup Quarter-Final

Arsenal’s Women’s League Cup quarter-final against London City Lionesses has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The decision followed a pitch inspection at London City’s Princes Park on Wednesday afternoon. Both teams had advanced to the quarter-finals by winning their respective groups.

The draw for the semi-finals is scheduled to take place on the BBC News Channel’s Sportsday on Friday at 18:30 GMT.
