Wolves chairman Jeff Shi has questioned VAR role after Max Kilman disallowed goal in their 2-1 loss to West Ham. Kilman header was ruled out due to his teammate Tawanda Chirewa being offside and obstructing the goalkeeper view.
Manager Gary O’Neil called it “possibly the worst decision I have ever seen.” Shi wonders if remote VAR aligns with football needs. He urged the Premier League and PGMOL to address concerns to maintain integrity. Shi noted that if not for such decisions Wolves would be in a better position in the table.
