Yashasvi Jaiswal’s aggressive century propelled India to a 322 runs lead over England in the third Test in Rajkot. England’s batting collapsed losing their last five wickets for 20 runs with Mohammed Siraj taking 4-84. Jaiswal (104) and Shubman Gill (65) led India’s response reaching 196-2 at stumps.

Ben Duckett added 20 runs to his overnight scorebut England’s middle and lower order fell quickly including Joe Root’s dismissal with a reverse scoop. Jaiswal’s third Test hundred and Gill’s contribution strengthened India’s position. England faces a challenging deficit as India leads by 126 runs.
