Luke Littler Shines, Reaches Players Championship Quarter-Finals

Luke Littler continued his remarkable rise with a dominant 10-3 win over Danny Noppert securing a place in the Players Championship quarter-finals in Minehead. The 17-year-old phenom, who also defeated Ritchie Edhouse 6-2 earlier in the day showcased his brilliance with a 104.70 average, seven 180s and a highest checkout of 129 against Noppert. It takes me into Sunday, and I can go again.”

Humphries now faces Ryan Joyce in the quarter-finals while a potential final against Littler looms if both players continue their winning runs. Humphries acknowledged Littler’s incredible form, calling him “probably the best player in the world at the moment.” “I’m trying to keep up with Luke and put in a good level,” Humphries added. “I know I’ve got a level to match that.”
