Grayson Murray, US golfer has passed away at the age of 30, as announced by the PGA Tour. Murray, boasting two victories on the tour made headlines when he withdrew from the Charles Schwab Challenge event citing illness. His unexpected passing has sent shockwaves through the golfing community, leaving fans, players and officials saddened by the loss of such a talented athlete at the young age of 30. PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan expressed profound sadness over Murray’s passing, highlighting the close-knit nature of the golfing family. Murray, known for his promising talent, won consecutive Junior World Championships from 2006 to 2008 before joining the PGA Tour in 2016-17 at the age of 22. Despite struggling with his game at times, Grayson Murray secured his first tour title at the Barbasol Championship in 2017 and won a second career title at the Sony Open in Hawaii.
